The Cherub Egg is an Ethereal-rarity egg in Ride A Pet that shares all of its spawn locations with the Blackhole Egg. The game announces when one spawns — only one egg can spawn at a time, and Blackhole Eggs have a higher spawn chance than Cherub Eggs — so check the on-screen announcement or the egg index (it shows how many of a specific egg are currently on the map) before searching. If the index shows zero Cherub Eggs, searching is pointless. Eggs spawn far from the main hub and break in about 21 seconds, so you generally cannot carry one back to your ranch on foot; you need speed.

There is no single fixed point where a Cherub Egg always appears — eggs can spawn anywhere across these biomes, sometimes in secret spots, so treat this as a checklist of areas to sweep rather than guaranteed spots.
Fastest reported hunting method
- Confirm a spawn first. Check the announcement or index before searching — the locations only matter when an egg is active.
- Equip your fastest pet, ideally flying. Phoenix is the commonly recommended pick since flying pets avoid ground obstacles; Cerberus, Dragon, and Kitsune are also cited as top speed pets.
- Use a radar if available. Buy one from the gear stall and follow its distance indicator instead of searching blindly.
- Don't camp one spot. Check a location, and if the egg isn't there, move. More eggs checked per minute means more chances.
- React immediately to the notification. Radar on, follow the signal, then manually check nearby landmarks along the route: waterfall cave → giant tree → desert pyramid → outskirts/mountain areas.
- Grab and return instantly. Don't explore, go AFK, or stop in chat — the egg breaks in about 21 seconds and the return trip is the hard part.
- Consider a low-player server to reduce competition (this does not improve spawn odds), and only server hop after a complete sweep.
- Avoid "guaranteed" scripts, teleport exploits, or auto-egg tools.
Radar option and prerequisites
A radar makes hunting much easier but isn't required. Reports currently disagree on its name and cost: it's described either as the Eternal Radar (the most expensive gear, rarely in stock) or the Ethereal Radar at $30,000,000 per use that points directly to all active Ethereal Eggs (Cherub and Blackhole). Check the gear stall in-game for the current name, price, and stock. Hunting without a radar, rely on the spawn notification, the index, and a memorized route. Rarity and hatching context
Cherub Egg spawns are rare — Blackhole Eggs spawn more often, so expect to see a Cherub Egg infrequently per server. For hatching, one community-reported figure suggests roughly 200k luck for a guaranteed Kitsune from the Cherub Egg, but no official spawn percentage or fixed spawn location has been confirmed, so treat all odds claims with caution.
